On the afternoon of March 31, the Golden Era 2023 9th Hangzhou Business Leaders Summit was held in Hangzhou under the theme "Strengthen Confidence, Boost Morale, Pursue Development." Wintoo was honored with the "Outstanding Hangzhou Entrepreneur" award at the summit for its exceptional achievements in the smart transportation sector in 2022.

In December 2022, the National High-Tech Enterprise Certification Management Leading Group Office issued a "Notice on Filing and Public Disclosure of High-Tech Enterprises Certified by the Zhejiang Provincial Certification Authority in 2022." Wintoo was certified as a 2022 National High-Tech Enterprise.

In December 2022, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology released the "Notice on Public Disclosure of the 2022 Innovative SME Evaluation Results for Hangzhou." Wintoo was successfully selected and was officially recognized as a Hangzhou Innovative SME in January 2023.

The Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology recently released the "2022 Hangzhou Third Batch of Key Artificial Intelligence Application Scenarios List." Wintoo's smart city application project was selected for the list.

On July 22, the 5th Digital China Summit was grandly held in Fuzhou. Publicly listed data intelligence company Getui (MeiRi HuDong), together with Wintoo, made a prominent appearance at the summit and its achievement exhibition.
