The Resource Development Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism recently announced the 2024 National Excellent Smart Tourism Solutions list. Wintoo's "Multimodal Smart Monitoring Solution for Tourism Risk" was successfully selected after expert evaluation, with recommendation from the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism.

On November 23, the Data Element Governance and Marketization Forum of the 2nd Global Digital Trade Expo was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Wintoo's entry "Wintoo Intelligent Road Monitoring" won the second prize.

On May 4, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology and the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology respectively released the "2023 First Batch of Specialized & Innovative SME List" and the "2023 Hangzhou Municipal Enterprise High-Tech R&D Center Proposed List."

On the afternoon of March 31, the Golden Era 2023 9th Hangzhou Business Leaders Summit was held in Hangzhou under the theme "Strengthen Confidence, Boost Morale, Pursue Development." Wintoo was honored with the "Outstanding Hangzhou Entrepreneur" award at the summit for its exceptional achievements in the smart transportation sector in 2022.

In December 2022, the National High-Tech Enterprise Certification Management Leading Group Office issued a "Notice on Filing and Public Disclosure of High-Tech Enterprises Certified by the Zhejiang Provincial Certification Authority in 2022." Wintoo was certified as a 2022 National High-Tech Enterprise.

In December 2022, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology released the "Notice on Public Disclosure of the 2022 Innovative SME Evaluation Results for Hangzhou." Wintoo was successfully selected and was officially recognized as a Hangzhou Innovative SME in January 2023.
