Wintoo Wins Award at the 2nd Global Digital Trade Expo in Hangzhou

On November 23, the Data Element Governance and Marketization Forum of the 2nd Global Digital Trade Expo was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. The forum was themed "Innovating Data Element Circulation to Empower Real Economy Development." Liu Liehong, Director of the National Data Administration and member of the Party Group of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Xu Wenguang, Standing Member of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Executive Vice Governor, attended and delivered remarks.

Award Details

The winners of the 2023 WDD Global Data Resource Developer Competition were announced at the forum. Wintoo's entry "Wintoo Intelligent Road Monitoring" won the second prize. The award not only demonstrates Wintoo's expertise in data element governance and marketization, but also reflects the company's commitment to driving innovative data applications and empowering real economy development. Forum Organization

The forum was guided by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and the National Data Administration, and jointly hosted by the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government, the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, and the Zhejiang Provincial Big Data Development Administration. It was co-organized by the Binjiang District People's Government, the Hangzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Hangzhou Municipal Data Resources Administration, the Hangzhou Financial Investment Group Co., Ltd., and the Hangzhou Data Exchange.

Attendance Scale

Approximately 500 attendees participated, including representatives from development and reform commissions, data bureaus, data merchants, data exchanges, and third-party institutions from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Guizhou, Zhejiang, Hangzhou, and other regions, as well as relevant experts and scholars.
