From May 18 to 19, the "Oujiang Data Forum — Data Security China" 2024 Data Security Development Conference, hosted by Wenzhou University and the China Computer Federation (CCF) Data Governance Development Committee, was held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Over 2,200 industry leaders, scholars, and business executives gathered along the Ou River to discuss data security development strategies, explore opportunities in the data element industry, and envision a brighter digital future for China.
Conference Scale
Chen Ronghui, Deputy Director of the National Data Administration; Jin Xiaotao, former Deputy Director of the National Health Commission; Zhang Zhenfeng, Secretary of the Wenzhou Municipal Committee; and Qian Qiang, Secretary of the Wenzhou University Party Committee, delivered opening remarks. Also in attendance were Wu Shiyong, Director of the Statistical Information Center of the National Health Commission; Shi Yong, Counselor of the State Council; Wenzhou city leaders Wang Jun, Chen Yingxu, Mao Yinqiang, Wang Zhenyong, and Zeng Ruihua; as well as academicians and experts including Liu Daxiang and Yang Jincai.

During the main session on the morning of May 18, the China (Wenzhou) Data Security Harbor held an expert committee member appointment ceremony, a pilot unveiling ceremony, and a partner enterprise signing ceremony, along with the release of data foundational systems, data infrastructure, and data product achievements.
At the signing ceremony, as a practitioner in data security and compliance, Wintoo entered into a strategic partnership with the China (Wenzhou) Data Security Harbor to further promote the efficient utilization of data resources and deepen collaboration between government and enterprises, jointly advancing data security and compliance development to provide robust support for the steady growth of the digital economy.
Showcase Results
As a national-level conference promoting the development of the data element industry, 70 enterprises from 12 key sectors — including financial services, project management, and urban governance — exhibited over 500 data products, demonstrating a wide range of applications in data-driven industry empowerment.
Notably, Wintoo's data intelligence applications in urban governance attracted considerable attention, with its booth (2C40) drawing large numbers of professional visitors for in-depth discussions. On-site staff introduced the company's case studies and solutions, helping visitors gain deeper insights into Wintoo's applications in urban governance and data management, vividly showcasing the company's achievements in leveraging data assets to develop new productive forces in the urban governance sector.
